    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 348

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "of five million dollars ($5,000,000) in revenue" and insert in lieu thereof "pursuant to Section 7-1-6.1 NMSA 1978 shall be made to the state aviation fund in the amount of four hundred sixteen thousand six hundred sixty-seven dollars ($416,667) monthly from the revenue distributable to the general fund".

    2. On page 2, line 14, after "dealers" insert ", manufacturers, airlines".

    3. On page 2, line 14, strike "shall be", strike line 15 in its entirety and line 16 through "funds".

    4. On page 3, line 11, strike "purpose of matching federal funds for the".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
