AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE NATURAL RESOURCE REVENUE RECOVERY TASK FORCE TO ENABLE IT TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND ADDRESS ITS LEGISLATIVE MANDATES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state land office for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund the natural resource revenue recovery task force to enable it to conduct business and address its legislative mandates. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
