SENATE BILL 313, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendments 1 through 6.

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "APPROVAL" strike the remainder of the line and strike all of line 13 up to the period.

    3. On pages 1 through 3, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
