SENATE BILL 289

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 7, strike "combines" and insert in lieu thereof "conspires".

     2. On page 3, line 11, after "loss" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "if found guilty shall be sentenced in accordance with Subsection B of this section."".

     3. On page 3, strike lines 12 and 13 in their entirety.
