AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM AT AGUA FRIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support, in collaboration with the Santa Fe public schools, a museum-based early childhood community summer day camp program at Agua Fria elementary school in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
