AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT TO THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS IN SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for the purpose of providing operational support to the boys and girls clubs on Alto street and in the Valle Vista neighborhood in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
