    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 253

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 18, after the period insert "The study shall incorporate all requirements applicable under the Air Quality Control Act, including the use of credible scientific evidence. The department shall determine the scope and design of the study through a process that involves the public. The department shall report the status of expenditures to the appropriate interim legislative committee no later than November 15, 2005.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
