AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE FARMERS' MARKET IN SANTA FE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-one thousand dollars ($121,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support ongoing efforts to create jobs and stimulate rural development by establishing programming, management and development of revenue sources for a permanent facility in Santa Fe at the railyard for the Santa Fe farmers' market. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
