AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide health care services to low-income families in Santa Fe county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
