    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 181

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 18, strike "SOLDIERS AND SAILORS ACT" and insert in lieu thereof "SERVICEMEMBER'S CIVIL RELIEF ACT".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940" and insert in lieu thereof "Servicemember's Civil Relief Act".

    3. On page 2, line 2, after "502" insert a period, strike "if the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

    4. On page 2, line 3, after "from" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 4 in its entirety, strike line 5 through "duty" and insert in lieu thereof "any federally funded unit training, assembly or drill.".

    5. On page 2, line 9, after "duty" insert "for a period of thirty or more consecutive days".
