SENATE BILL 164, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, line 20, after "members" insert "from different geographical regions of the state".

    2. On page 20, line 24, strike "eight" and insert in lieu thereof "nine".

    3. On page 21, line 11, strike "and".

    4. On page 21, line 12, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    5. On page 21, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(9) a veteran of the Iraqi Freedom conflict.".

    6. On page 25, line 16, strike "or".

    7. On page 25, line 17, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; or".

    8. On page 25, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(21) Iraqi Freedom veteran.".
