AN ACT
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO EXPAND OR CREATE DRUG COURTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS.--
A. Three hundred nineteen thousand one hundred dollars ($319,100) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to expand juvenile and adult drug courts in the fourth, sixth, eleventh and twelfth judicial districts.
B. Four hundred twenty thousand dollars ($420,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to add adult drug courts in the thirteenth judicial district.
C. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 from an appropriation in this act shall revert to the general fund.
