    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 119

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 22, after "to" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "Subsections D, E and F of this section and money".

    2. On page 3, lines 5 through 7, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof "seven million dollars ($7,000,000) in fiscal year 2005 and six million four hundred thousand dollars ($6,400,000) in each".

    3. On page 7, lines 15 through 17, strike the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof "seven million dollars ($7,000,000) in fiscal year 2005 and six million four hundred thousand dollars ($6,400,000) in each fiscal year thereafter".

    4. On page 9, line 8, strike "one" and strike all of line 9 and insert in lieu thereof "six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($625,000)".

    5. On page 9, line 11, strike the second occurrence of "and" and strike line 12 up to "of" and insert in lieu thereof ", E and F".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
