SENATE BILL 73

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "REPEALING THE DELAYED" and insert in lieu thereof "DELAYING THE".

    2. On page 1, line 15, before "REPEAL" insert "DELAYED".

    3. On page 1, line 16, strike "repealed" and insert in lieu thereof "amended to read as follows:

    "Section 2. DELAYED REPEAL.--Section 1 of this act is repealed on July 1, [2004] 2009."".
