AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS FOR THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL GUARD ARMORIES STATEWIDE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Six hundred seventy-four thousand dollars ($674,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of military affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to provide for the maintenance and operational expenses of national guard armories statewide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
