    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 8

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 10 through 12, remove the brackets and the line through "to be used only for analytical and statistical purposes in the application of appraisal methods".

    2. On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert:

             “(1) a deed transferring nonresidential property;”.

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
