    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 572

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 1, strike the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 2, and 3 in their entirety, and on line 4, strike “hearing.” and insert in lieu thereof:

     "when deemed necessary by the division or at the request of a party, when the request is accompanied by a statement of the necessity for preparation of a transcript deemed reasonable by the division.".

     2. On page 4, line 13, strike “him” and insert in lieu thereof “that examiner”.

     3. On page 4, line 22 strike the comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety and on line 25 strike “hearing.” and insert in lieu thereof:

     "when deemed necessary by the division or at the request of a party, when the request is accompanied by a statement of the necessity for preparation of a transcript deemed reasonable by the division.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
