HOUSE BILL 568

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "year" and insert in lieu

thereof "years" and after "2005" insert "through 2007".

     2. On page 1, line 22, strike "2005" and insert in lieu thereof "2007" and strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "state lands maintenance".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
