AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FOR YOUTH COLLEGE EXPENSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-nine thousand dollars ($59,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for youth college expenses, including participation fees, transportation, student learning kits, instructional supplies and post-program evaluations. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
