AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF A COMMUNITY HEALTH COUNCIL PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION--COMMUNITY HEALTH COUNCIL.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for the purpose of supporting baseline assessment, planning and coordination of DWI, child care and health care coverage and access efforts in Grant county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
