     1. On page 1, line 20, after the subsection designation "A." strike "A" and insert in lieu thereof "Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a".

     2. On page 2, line 4, after the period insert "The provisions of this section do not apply to vocational classes in public schools or public post-secondary educational institutions.".
