AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO FULFILL THE GOVERNOR'S GOAL OF COORDINATED PLANNING.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to allow Sandoval county to continue fulfilling the governor's stated goals of coordinated planning to reduce the duplication of state services and resources. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
