AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MAIN STREET PROGRAM OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($235,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to finance the main street program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
