HOUSE BILL 360

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 20, line 15, after "a" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 16 through "state" and insert in lieu thereof "felony as provided for in the Tax Administration Act".

     2. On page 20, line 16, strike "six" and insert in lieu thereof "five".

     3. On page 20, line 22, after "Code" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 23 through the comma.
