HOUSE BILL 352

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1 line 12, after “ALBUQUERQUE” insert “; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY”.

    2. On page 3, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following new section:

    “Section 2. EMERGENCY.-–It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.”
