    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 347

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22, strike “eighteen” and insert in lieu thereof “nineteen”.

    2. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert a new paragraph:

              (10) the executive director of the soil and water conservation districts or the director’s designee”.

    3. Renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
