    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 327

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 22 insert the following new section:

    “Section 2. One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the interstate stream commission to staff and administer the Weather Control Act and support weather modification activities in and that benefit New Mexico.”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
