AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE NATURAL RESOURCE REVENUE RECOVERY TASK FORCE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state land office for expenditure in fiscal years 2004 through 2007 to carry out the duties of the natural resource revenue recovery task force. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
