    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 322, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, strike "CONDITIONS OF LICENSURE" and insert in lieu thereof "REPORTING REQUIREMENTS".

    2. On page 2, line 1, strike ", as a condition of licensure,".

    3. On page 2, line 6, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    4. On page 2, line 7, before the period insert ", unless disclosure or use is mandated by the state or federal law, and shall not be used as a basis for suspension, revocation or issuance of a license".

    5. On page 2, line 13, strike "required as a condition of licensure".

    6. On page 2, line 14, after "finding" insert "to the facility".
