AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND AN ART EXHIBIT OF THE WORKS OF THREE PROMINENT NEW MEXICO ARTISTS AT THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS THAT WILL THEN TRAVEL ON A NATIONWIDE TOUR.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund an exhibit of the works of three prominent New Mexico artists at the museum of fine arts that will then travel on a nationwide tour. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
