AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SOUTH VALLEY MULTIPURPOSE FAMILY SERVICES CENTER IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund operation of the South Valley multipurpose family services center in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
