AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC WORK PROJECTS ADMINISTRATION ART TREASURES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION--WORK PROJECTS ADMINISTRATION ART.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 for the historic preservation division to support the restoration and preservation of various federal work projects administration new deal art treasures. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
