has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 245

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, after line 25 insert a new subsection to read:

          "F. The department shall not implement the registry if funding is not available for implementation.".,

 and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
