AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE FORT STANTON DEVELOPMENT FUND TO CARRY OUT THE FUNCTIONS OF THE FORT STANTON DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Fort Stanton development fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 and subsequent fiscal years to carry out the functions of the Fort Stanton development commission. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
