AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE PUBLIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT TO DEVELOP A MODEL MUSEUM-BASED SUMMER DAY CAMP PROGRAM IN SANTA FE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to develop in collaboration with the Santa Fe public schools a model museum-based community summer day camp program at Agua Fria elementary school in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
