FOR THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

 

AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY TO OPERATE AND MARKET THE INSTITUTE FOR COMPLEX ADDITIVE SYSTEMS ANALYSIS.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to operate and market the institute for complex additive systems analysis. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
