has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 10, after "critical" insert "that all New Mexicans work toward ensuring".

     2. On page 2, lines 21 and 22, strike ", psychologists, speech therapists, assessors, administrators and other personnel" and insert in lieu thereof "and related service providers and assessors".
