HOUSE BILL 163, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

   1. On page 1, line 15, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

   2. On page 2, line 7, strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period and after the period insert ““Accepted guideline” also means a standard or guideline for pain management approved by the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations;”.

   3. On pages 8 and 9, strike section 6 in its entirety.
