AN ACT

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PROGRAMS AT THE MESALANDS DINOSAUR MUSEUM AND FOR ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AT MESALANDS COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thirteen thousand dollars ($113,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support, market and expand programs for science and learning at the Mesalands dinosaur museum in Tucumcari. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.

     Section 2. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eight thousand dollars ($108,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the commission on higher education for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to support and administer athletic programs at Mesalands community college. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
