     10. On page 33, line 2, strike "his" and insert in lieu thereof "the secretary's".

     11. On page 40, line 23, strike "18-4-6" and insert in lieu thereof "18-4-5".

     12. On page 41, line 1, after "4" strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     13. On page 41, line 2, strike "and Laws 1949, Chapter 138, Section 5".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
