HOUSE BILL 77

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On line 21, after “resources.” insert in lieu thereof “A committee consisting of the director of the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, the state engineer and the secretary of the environment department (or their designees) shall be formed to set priorities for the mapping project described in this bill.”,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
