HOUSE BILL 74

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “COMMUNITIES” and insert in lieu thereof “LOCAL PUBLIC BODIES”.

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike “communities” and insert in lieu thereof “local public bodies”.

    3. On page 1, line 22, strike “communities” and insert in lieu thereof “local public bodies”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
