    Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 52

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 21, after the period, insert the following: “The institution receiving the appropriation in this bill shall submit a program evaluation to the legislative committee and the commission on higher education by August 2007, detailing the benefits to the state of New Mexico from having implemented this program over a three year period.”,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
