AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE NEW MEXICO OFFICE OF INDIAN AFFAIRS TO FUND TWO NEW FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE POSITIONS AT THE JEMEZ STATE MONUMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty-six thousand five hundred twenty-eight dollars ($46,528) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2005 to fund one full-time cashier and one full-time ranger for the Jemez state monument. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2005 shall revert to the general fund.
