has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 23

DO PASS, amended as follows:

   1. On page 1, line 13, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

   2. On page 7, strike Section 5 in its entirety.

   3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
