    2. On page 205, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new item, with money under the General Fund column:

         AND ADMINISTRATION:        165.8

For personal services and employee benefits.".

    3. Renumber all items to correspond with these amendments.

    4. Revise all totals and subtotals to correspond with these amendments.
