Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. One page 1, line 14, before the period insert "AND THEIR CAREGIVERS".

2. On page 2, line 12, after "incarcerated parents" insert "and their caregivers".

3. On page 2, line 15, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and strike lines 16 through line 18 and insert in lieu thereof:

"the state agency on aging, the public defender department, representatives from a statewide association of district court judges, detention center affiliates of a statewide association of counties, state and local law enforcement agencies, a statewide association of district attorneys, caregivers and advocates for children and families; and".

4. On page 2, line 20, strike "identification of and an inventory of" and insert in lieu thereof "identifying and inventorying".

5. On page 3, line 5, strike "no later than" and insert in lieu thereof "at".

6. On page 3, line 10, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

7. On page 3, strike lines 11 through 13 and insert in lieu thereof:
