SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 802 appropriate $200,000 from the general fund to the Office of African American Affairs for expenditure in FY 04 and subsequent years to provide for increased operational costs for the office.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
