FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of
$200.0 contained in this bill is a nonrecurring expense to the general
fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered
balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the general
fund.
DUPLICATION, COMPANIONSHIP, RELATIONSHIP
SB 655 contains a
one-time appropriation to BCMC totaling $500.0 for “moving costs.”
SB 786 provides
additional funding totaling $1.2 million to BCMC for “operating expenses.”
SB 791 creates and
funds 10 new court clerk positions for BCMC.
