SUMMARY
Synopsis
of Bill
Senate Bill 333 appropriates $101.0 to the Board
of Reagents of Eastern New Mexico University to provide start-up funds for a
social work program.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $101.0 contained in this
bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered
balance remaining at the end of FY04 shall revert to the general fund.
Funding for this program was not included in the
FY04 New Mexico Commission on Higher Education final funding recommendations
report, dated December 2002.
